I love the way you write and also very informative. I just want to join in some information on #2 re-Anilao/Tingloy IT. Mt. Gulugod Baboy can be reached without the hike via the other way instead of Philpan junction. Just take the left road in Mabini Poblacion instead of the right road to Anilao. There are jeeps from Batangas City going to Gasang, or from Grand Terminal take Mabini jeep getting off at town plaza. Get another jeep to Gasang, then a tricycle to Mt Gulugod Baboy, which already stops at the mountain, with only 5 min to the peak. God bless.

Excellent! Your reviews are fabulous. Tweeted to my 50,000 followers of course.

Fortune Island catches my fancy. Any abandoned place with all those columns, a highly different feel to the spot than surrounding islands, that reels me in. Why do boaters fear sailing after 2 PM? Fascinating. Would love to know if superstition or weather patterns contribute to this. Either way, sounds TV or movie worthy, this little place. Of course I would IG the hell out of it LOL.

Thanks for sharing!

Ryan
