Thanks, Yosh. You’re right! I was not asked to present any other ids except my old passport (original and photocopied).

The renewal process took only less than 10 minutes (this was in Robinson’s Novaliches), with no hassle, and the passport was also delivered in 10 days (this is via regular processing). Although, this may vary on different branches.

Hi ask ko lang po..married na po ako ngaun ay ung dating passport ko po ay single pa. Anu pong name ilalagay ko sa form ng appointment? My married name na po ba or ung maiden name pa rin? Thanks.

Panu po mag online appointment sa lost passport if walang copy ng old passport kasi yung bagong system ng dfa ngayon nirerequired na po nila ung old passport details anu po pde gawin para makakuha ng appointment. Thank you.
